An emergency plan is required to recuperate from the airport emergencies or any accidents. It is a blueprint which explains and sets the processes, actions, plans and necessary details used in such situations. One example of an airport emergency plan which I would like to share would be that of the Fairbanks Airport Emergency Plan in Alaska. (Airport Emergency Plan Fairbanks, Alaska, 2019) At the very beginning I would like to say that the plan lays out an excellent guideline and blueprint of what the purpose and outline should look like. Two important tools that have been utilized in this plan are- the National Incident Management system and the Incident Command System.
